Your kit may appear changed but only on the outside. It has been refined by Winexpert to be better in a smaller package. Your kit has been reduced from 8L to 7.5L and continues to make a 6 Gallon batch (23 L) yielding approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml bottles.

Excellent for the price
"I tend to buy whites more often in these 10 L kits and reds in the 16-18 L kits. But in early 2017, Label Peelers had a tempting special offer on this specific kit, so I bought two. It's now been 12 months since start of fermentation and the wine just went into bottles today. Overall impression - I think another 6 months in the bottle will do it good. When I make it again, I'll probably add one ounce of medium toast American oak chips at the start of bulk aging. But it's pretty darn good as it is today! I'll definitely buy again."
