Aging Guidelines for This Wine Kit

Recommended aging: 12 to 18 months after completing the winemaking process. Concentrated flavor, grape skins, and oak give this wine the structure to benefit from longer maturation. Aging helps soften youthful tannins and brings its fruit and oak into harmony, revealing more of its character over time. Opening it too early may give you a firmer, less integrated wine than patience would deliver.
