Your Reserve Chilean Pinot Noir Wine Kit offers a unique winemaking experience, allowing you to craft a vibrant and food-friendly wine right from your home. This kit is designed to produce a bright ruby-colored Pinot Noir, characterized by delicate aromas of red berry flavors. The wine is medium-bodied and supple, with a hint of herbs contributing to an elegant mouthfeel. Soft tannins and a subtle oak finish enhance the overall taste, making it an excellent pairing with salmon, roast beef, and lamb.
The kit includes 10L of juice, enough to make a 6-gallon batch (23L). This yields approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml bottles, perfect for sharing with friends and family or for storing in your personal wine collection. The final product is a dry wine with a medium body, featuring tasting notes of black cherry, cinnamon, and mint. The oak intensity is light to medium, adding a layer of complexity to the wine's flavor profile. With an ABV of 13%, this Reserve Chilean Pinot Noir strikes a balance between strength and subtlety.

Aging Guidelines for This Wine Kit
Recommended aging: 2 to 9 months after completing the winemaking process. This wine offers depth and structure that benefit from time to develop. Aging helps its fruit, oak, and tannins come into balance, creating a smoother drinking experience. Fuller, firmer styles generally benefit from the longer end of this range, while softer styles can be enjoyable sooner.
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 10 reviews.

Reminds me of a good Bourgogne
"Just put up 29 bottles from this kit. The taste at this stage is excellent. It has a good body and bold ruby red color. I can tell that it will mature & grow with time. I have been impressed with the the way red kits mature with time. I expect this to be drinkable in 6-9 months & great in 12 months"

"The Selection Chilean Pinot Noir is my favorite red wine kit from Wine Expert. It has good black cherry presence and the oak only adds to the enjoyment. Label Peelers has the best prices on kits and their service is super."

"The last batch we made using this brand kit disappeared quickly. Friends requested this be opened whenever we got together. Picked up another kit to refill the cellar."
