Unlike ultra-pasteurized shelf-stable products, this concentrate is not subjected to harsh heat treatments—so it retains more of the grape’s original character. Expect firmer structure, deeper nuance, and a smoother fermentation experience.

Bladders are kept cold and shipped in insulated packaging. Upon arrival, use immediately or store refrigerated at no more than 38°F, or freeze. Before taking a hydrometer reading, make sure the concentrate is completely dissolved—stir vigorously to ensure accurate SG measurement.
