Calcium Chloride 2 Oz.

Calcium Chloride is used in beer making, to lower the ph level especially in lighter beers. Calcium Chloride should be used 1 tsp per 5 gallons of beer in most cases. Increase the calcium content of water that is low in calcium. Calcium Chloride increases the permanent hardness of the water, giving a better mouth feel than gypsum and a naturally existing sweetness.
