Two rounds of dry hopping with Citra and Mosaic push juicy aromas to the forefront, filling your glass with ripe mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest.

Fermentation finishes around ~6.7% ABV, striking the right balance between strength and drinkability. The recommended New England Ale Yeast helps you achieve that soft haze while accentuating hop character and leaving a slightly fruity ester profile.

Ingredients – All Grain Version

Base & Specialty Malts

  • 9 lbs Brewers 2-Row Malt
  • 2 lbs Flaked Oats
  • 2 lbs White Wheat Malt

Hops

  • 1 oz Citra (15 min)
  • 1 oz Mosaic (5 min)
  • 2 oz Citra (Dry hop)
  • 2 oz Mosaic (Dry hop)

Yeast

  • 1 packet New England Ale Yeast

Additives

  • 5 oz Priming Sugar

Brewing Instructions – All Grain Version

  1. Sanitize

    • Don’t let random bacteria rain on your hazy parade.
  2. Mash

    • Heat 4.5 gallons to 152°F.
    • Mash in 2-Row, Flaked Oats, White Wheat.
    • Rest for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sparge

    • Use 4 gallons at 168°F, collect around 6.5 gallons.
  4. Boil & Hops

    • Boil for 60 minutes, but add hops late:
      • 15 min: 1 oz Citra
      • 5 min: 1 oz Mosaic
  5. Fermentation & Dry Hop

    • Cool to 68°F, pitch NE Ale Yeast.
    • Ferment for ~7 days, then add 2 oz Citra + 2 oz Mosaic for 4–5 days.
  6. Packaging

    • Prime with 5 oz sugar, bottle/keg.
    • Condition 2–3 weeks. Serve fresh for max haze and hop pop.
