Land & Sea is a dry-hopped Gose highlighted by Sauer malt and additions of Sea Salt and Coriander, then dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo which results in a great tropical and citrusy aroma.

A great balance between hop aroma from our land and sour from the sea.

• Sauer Malt – 2 lbs (steeping grains)
• Wheat LME – 3.3 lbs 
• Pilsen Light LME – 3.3 lbs
• Hallertau Hop Pellets – 1 oz (60 min boil hops)
• Citra Hop Pellets – 1 oz (dry hop)
• Amarillo Hop Pellets – 1 oz (dry hop)
• Brewer’s Sea Salt – 28 g/1 oz (15 min boil)
• Coriander Seed  - 28g/1oz (15 min boil)
• Safale US-05 Dry Ale Yeats – 1 packet
