Description
Your Steampunk Sipper is an English-style barleywine that gives you rich, layered malt character from Pale DME, Caramel/Crystal 80, and Special Roast. Fuggles at 60 minutes and East Kent Goldings at 15 minutes supply a reserved bitterness that keeps the sweetness in check, while the English Ale Yeast ferments cleanly to highlight toffee, dark dried fruit, and molasses notes.
Your Steampunk Sipper kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order, your ingredients are packed fresh, and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about giving you the freshest ingredients to make your best beer.
