Description

Your Humboldt Clouds Double IPA gives you a resinous West Coast double IPA with earthy pine, a dank edge and subtle citrus brightness. The 2-Row Brewer's Malt provides a clean firm base while Carapils adds body and a soft mouthfeel and Caramel 20L contributes a touch of sweetness. Magnum, Columbus, Simcoe, Chinook, and Amarillo hops build intense bitterness and flavor, and the dry hop of Mosaic, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin saturates your beer with berry, tropical, grapefruit, and white wine-like aromatics. The American Ale Yeast ferments clean for a crisp finish.

Your Humboldt Clouds Double IPA kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order, your ingredients are packed fresh, and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about giving you the freshest ingredients to make your best beer.
