Description

Your Fresh Cream Ale gives you a smooth, refreshing ale with a light body, gentle malt sweetness from the Golden Light Dry Malt Extract and Honey Malt, and a hint of hop brightness from the Saaz additions. Flaked Corn lightens the body while the American Ale Yeast keeps fermentation clean so the crisp golden character shines through.

Saaz hops at 60 minutes provide gentle bitterness and the late addition layers in delicate floral aroma, rewarding you with an easy-drinking beer that balances subtlety and satisfaction.

Your Label Peelers Fresh Cream Ale – Extract Original Beer Kit never sits on a shelf: your extract and specialty grains are packed fresh, your ingredients are measured to order, and you never pay for flashy packaging. It’s all about giving you the freshest ingredients so you can brew your best beer.

Instructions

Hop Schedule

  • 1 oz Saaz at 60 minutes (bittering).
  • 1 oz Saaz at 15 minutes (flavor).
  1. Heat 2-3 gallons of water to 150°F.
  2. Place grains in a grain bag and steep in the hot water for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the grain bag, sparge (rinse) with warm water, and discard.
  4. Add the malt extract and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Bring the wort to a rolling boil.
  6. Add the hops according to the hop schedule.
  7. Boil for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Cool the wort to 70°F. An immersion chiller or ice bath works well for this.
  9. Transfer the wort to a sanitized fermenter and top off with cold water to 5 gallons.
  10. Pitch the yeast and seal the fermenter.
  11. Ferment at 68-70°F for 10-14 days.
  12. Transfer to a bottling bucket and stir in 5 oz. priming sugar. Mix until evenly distributed and bottle your beer.
  13. Once bottled, allow 2 weeks for carbonation in a cool, dark room. Enjoy!
