Description

Your Lager? I Hardly Know Her! delivers a clean, crisp light pilsner with pale golden color from the Pilsner Dry Malt Extract base. Bonlander Munich Malt adds subtle bready depth to the malt foundation without weighing it down.

Hallertau hops lay down soft classic bitterness while Saaz hops contribute delicate herbal and floral notes. The SafLager W-34/70 yeast produces exceptional clarity, a dry finish, and restrained esters that let the ingredients stand out.

Your Lager? I Hardly Know Her! kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order, your ingredients are packed fresh, and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about giving you the freshest ingredients to make your best beer.
