Description

Your Fra-Gee-Lay Italian Pilsner delivers the clean, crisp character of an Italian pilsner. The Pilsner Dry Malt Extract gives you a smooth, cracker-like malt base, and the Carapils Malt adds body and mouthfeel for a well-rounded beer. Perle hops at the start of the boil provide floral and herbal bitterness, while Tettnang and Hallertau additions contribute delicate hop notes. The dry-hopped Hallertau creates a refreshing crispness and dry finish. SafLager W-34/70 yeast ensures smooth fermentation, resulting in bright golden clarity and a light, refreshing lager you can enjoy anytime.

Your Fra-Gee-Lay Italian Pilsner never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.
