Description

Your Deli Guy Rye Ale gives you a balanced rye ale built on Pilsen Dry Malt Extract with contributions from Rye Malt, Victory Malt, and Caramel Malt 40L for malt character. The Chocolate Malt adds a light roast note, and Rice Hulls aid the mash. Magnum provides bittering while Citra and Centennial deliver aroma. SafAle US-05 keeps fermentation clean so the malt and hop notes remain clear in your finished beer.

Your Label Peelers Deli Guy Rye Ale Original Beer Kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.
