Description
Your Plain Jane American Pale Ale gives you a clean, no-nonsense pint with classic American Pale Ale character. The 6 lbs of Briess Golden Light Liquid Malt Extract and 1 lb of Caramel 20L steeping grain build a smooth malt backbone that stays light and gently toasty.
Cascade hops added at 60 minutes and flameout deliver mild grapefruit and floral notes without overpowering the palate. US-05 American Ale Yeast ferments the beer clean and dry so the malt and hops share the stage.
Your Plain Jane American Pale Ale kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order, your ingredients are packed fresh, and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about giving you the freshest ingredients to make your best beer.
