Description
Your Are You Wiser? is modeled on a Budweiser-style American lager and gives you a crisp, refreshing, light-bodied beer with subtle malt sweetness from the 2-Row Brewers Malt and a clean finish from the Flaked Rice. The two Saaz hop additions provide delicate bitterness and mild earthy spice and floral notes, while the Lallemand NovaLager yeast ferments clean with minimal esters for a smooth lager character.
Your Real Fake Are You Wiser? American Lager - All Grain Clone Beer Kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.

- Mash at 148°F for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally to maintain temperature.

- Transfer to a sanitized fermenter and top off to exactly 5 gallons.
- Pitch the yeast and ferment at 55°F - 65°F for 2 weeks.

Needs more
"It needs about a pound to a pound and a half more grain. My OG came out at 1. 038. On par with the instructions. The final Final gravity only came out to 1. 016. A pound more grain would do this recipe justice."
