Flavor Description

Bring the comforting flavors of homemade dessert into your glass with the Blue Ribbon Apple Cobbler Ale Beer Kit. This unique homebrew strikes a perfect balance between warm malt character and crisp apple sweetness, giving you a smooth, dessert-inspired ale that's both inviting and approachable. Layers of amber and dark dry malt extract combine with a carefully chosen grain bill—including Munich, Honey, and Biscuit malts—to create a deep caramel backbone with subtle hints of toasted graham and fresh-baked crust. You'll notice a gentle bite from Czech Saaz hops, which lends a delicate bitterness that keeps the finish clean and balanced. Real apple concentrate and graham flavoring round out the profile, adding a touch of orchard fruit and dessert-like complexity. Whether you're brewing for a seasonal release or simply want to try something with a little twist, this apple cobbler ale delivers a flavor experience you can savor sip after sip.
