Final Filter for White Wines
"The number 3 filter is the final filter that I use when I want my white wines to be crystal clear. The first filter used is the number 2. The one problem I've had with all the Buon Vino Filters is that they leak wine around the sides of the filter. Others have complained about this same issue on the internet so it must be due to the filtering mechanism's design. Tightening the filter housing screw handles several times helps minimize the leaking but I've never been able to eliminate it. Despite this problem, the wine does come out crystal clear while still retaining its characteristic color."
