Malic Acid 50 lb.
Malic is a naturally occurring acid found in fruits such as apples, peaches, and cherries. Using malic acid to adjust the acidity of your wine will help to bring dull fruit flavors to the front of the wine as well as provide a healthy environment to ensure a full fermentation. Typical wine styles include Reisling, Gewurtztraminer, and Muscat.
Note: Not intended for use in wines that will undergo a malolactic fermentation as the malic acid will be converted to lactic.
