Potassium Campden Tablets 100 ct.
Potassium Campden (KMS) tablets are great for killing wild yeast strains, and preventing oxidation of your wine. Crush up the tablets for easy mixing into your wine.
Typical usage rate is 1 tablet per gallon.
Also used in mead making to protect and stabilize a finished mead before back-sweetening or bottling.
