Global Vintners Red Grape Concentrate 1 liter can be added to wine to increase color, body, sweetness, and alcohol content and does not contain any stabilizers. This concentrate is three times regular juice and the Brix is 68.
Grape Concentrate can be used with 1 pound corn sugar to "boost" our line of Island Mist kits. The resulting product improves the body and is higher in alcohol without changing the flavor of the kit.

"I usually start two (2) Island Mist red fruit wines at the same time and split the 1 liter between both kits. Its the perfect amount for each kit. I have used the 1 liter concentrate on a single kit but felt it was a bit much for me."
Versatile Red Grape Juice Excellent for Blending, Fixing, or on Its Own
"This Red Grape Concentrate from Canada adds body to fruit wine recipes, can save a batch of wine that is too diluted or make good red wine on its own. I have used it for all three with great success. It can make a gallon of wine. Add a gallon too much water on a red kit? No problem, add a box of this. The wine was really good. Reminds me of a Lambrusco but its not at all foxy. Great for blending in a little sweetness to raise the end ABV, but make sure your yeast can keep up. The white is just as good."
