This product can be added to wine to increase flavor, body, alcohol content and sweetness without containing any stabilizers. It's three times the strength of regular juice and the Brix is 68.
Grape Concentrate can be used with 1 pound corn sugar to "boost" our line of Island Mist kits. The resulting product is better body and higher in alcohol without changing the flavor.
