Infusion Oak Bottle Spiral

Available in American Medium Toast, we are pleased to now offer the Infusion Oak Bottle Spiral. Perfect for oaking single bottles of wine and not exposing the rest of the batch to extra oak flavor. Simply insert the spiral directly into the bottle to allow a barrel aging flavor to transform a bottle or two of your wine into a masterpiece with extra complexity that typically comes from barrel aging your wine.

All flavor is extracted from the spiral within two weeks. This fast extraction time is due to the spirals use of the end grain vs the side grain found in barrels and other oak alternatives. While these spirals cannot be reused, they do go great in wood grills or smokers.
