Cote Des Blancs, Epernay 2 Red Star Active Wine Yeast is great for white wines as well as orchard fruit wines.
Also a popular yeast for mead making, especially semi-sweet meads and melomels. Pair it with yeast nutrient, since honey is low in nitrogen.
