Reserve Australian Chardonnay Wine Kit

Your Reserve Australian Chardonnay Wine Kit is a full-bodied, opulent winemaking kit that brings the authentic taste of Australian Chardonnay right to your home. This kit is a celebration of the rich, fruity, and vanilla-oak flavors that have made Australian Chardonnays renowned worldwide. The wine you'll produce is full, supple, buttery, and fruity, delivering a clean, lingering finish that pairs perfectly with chicken, fish, salads, and cream-sauce pastas.

Despite the kit's compact size, it doesn't compromise on the quality or quantity of the wine produced. The Reserve Australian Chardonnay Wine Kit has been refined from a 16L size down to a 10L size, yet it still produces the same amount of wine. This kit comes with 10L of juice and makes a 6 Gallon batch (23 L), yielding approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml bottles.

The wine produced from this kit is dry in sweetness, with a medium-full body. The tasting notes include ripe pineapple, mango, and vanilla, providing a creamy texture. The oak intensity is heavy, contributing to the wine's full-bodied flavor. The alcohol by volume (ABV) is 13%, based on following Winexpert winemaking instructions. Please note that the wine kits do not come with equipment.

Aging Guidelines for This Wine Kit

Recommended aging: 3 to 6 months after bottling. This wine benefits from time for its flavors and texture to become more harmonious. Begin sampling near three months, allowing richer or oaked styles additional time. For crisp, aromatic varieties, extended aging can reduce fresh fruit and floral character rather than improve the qualities you selected them for.
