Label Peelers is my go-to supplier
"I'm sure that EC-1118 Lalvin Wine Yeast - and the Cider House yeast - are fantastic, it's just that I don't have the equipment and skills to get out of them what they are no doubt capable of delivering. My job is to up my ante such that I can give these yeasts an environment in which they can show what they can do."
