Red Star Premier Blanc Wine Yeast 100 ct.

Premier Blanc Red Star Active Freeze-Dried Wine Yeast 100 count. This strain of yeast is now called 'Premier Blanc' and used to be called Pasteur Champagne. This is still the exact same yeast with a different name.

This strain has a high alcohol tolerance and is good for re-starting stuck fermentation.  Also used in producing soda pops for bottle conditioning.
