1.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent - Boil 30.0 min. Add after 30 minutes of Boil
1.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent - Boil 60.0 min. Add at Beginning of Boil

Bring water up to a boil. Remove from heat and add Malt Extract, Candy Sugar and Corn Sugar and stir until dissolved. Return to a boil. Add hops at appropriate times. Add 1-2 tablespoon of red pepper flakes (not included in kit) depending on how spicy you like your beers in the last 15 minutes of the boil. Total boil time 60 minutes.
Add wort to fermenter and top up with water up to the 5 gallon mark.
Cool wort to 68 degrees and pitch yeast.
Primary Fermentation in the Bucket is 10 days to two weeks. Rack to Secondary and let sit for 2 weeks and then rack into bottling bucket and dissolve priming sugar into 1 cup of hot water and add to bottling bucket and gently stir. Bottle the beer and let sit for a minimum of 2 weeks at 65 to 75 Degrees F. Enjoy.
