Description
Your Featherweight Champion Light Lager uses 7 lbs of Pilsner Malt as the base for a clean, bready malt character and 8 oz of Bonlander Munich Malt to add a touch of delicate sweetness. Hallertau hops at 60 minutes supply mild noble bitterness while Tettnang hops at 15 and 5 minutes contribute light spice and floral notes. SafLager W-34/70 yeast keeps fermentation clean so the beer finishes crisp and light-bodied at a final gravity of 1.007.
Your Featherweight Champion Light Lager kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.
