Brewer's Best Cinnamon Sticks 1 oz. Are especially grown and dried for Beer Flavoring.

BEER MAKING
Don’t Just go to your local grocery and get cooking grade cinnamon. Our cinnamon sticks are highly potent! Great for holiday beers and any other beer you want to give that cinnamon touch. Add 2-4 cinnamon sticks during secondary fermentation for approximately one week. For darker beers add one whole stick. If a stronger flavor is desired, you can add additional sticks or crush them. Cinnamon is a bark and should not be added to the boil to avoid imparting tannins.

OTHER USES

Cinnamon is widely used in baking, cooking and as an additive to warm and cold beverages. Cinnamon sticks can also be used as an aromatic by adding water and placing it on your stove-top.
