This is a no-rinse oxygen based cleaner, DO NOT RINSE as you may introduce baceria from the water you are using. Dissolve one tablespoon in a warm gallon of water

"I have used One Step for years and recently switched to Easy Clean. It appears to be the same as One Step which is made by Logic, Corp. It's a great cleaner, but it is NOT an approved sanitizer. I stick with K-Meta for sanitizing. Taking chance on using One Step or Easy Clean as a sanitizer to save a few pennies on a separate sanitizer isn't worth the risk of ruining 6 gallons of wine."
It does all the work for you
"I had been washing everything with dish detergent but when I tried Easy Clean it seemed miraculous! It dissolves all manner of crud and organic material right before your eyes. Scrubbing is optional if you let it work for awhile."
Works really well
"I ordered One step and got Easy clean by mistake. It seems to work as well as the One step. Labelpeelers did send me the One step but they let me keep the Easy clean as well. The 8 oz jar or Easy clean is smaller than the 8 oz jar of one step but they have the same amount of product in them."
