The Reserve Australian Chardonnay Wine Kit has been refined from a 16L size down to a 10L size, yet it still produces the same amount of wine. This kit comes with 10L of juice and makes a 6 Gallon batch (23 L), yielding approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml bottles.

The wine produced from this kit is dry in sweetness, with a medium-full body. The tasting notes include ripe pineapple, mango, and vanilla, providing a creamy texture.
