INSTRUCTIONS

Combine grains in mash tun (add rice hulls to prevent stuck runoff if included).
Heat mash to 158 F (heat water to 168 to get mash at 158).
Mash for 90 minutes. Drain into brewpot. Sparge at 180 F

Bring wort up to a boil and follow the hop timeline.

Your kit includes an Irish Moss/Yeast Energizer Combo to be added with 15 mins remaining in the boil.

After the boil is complete, remove from heat. Cool your wort to 75 degrees F with either a wort chiller or ice bath.

Top up to 5 gallons in a 6.5 gallon fermenter or larger. Pitch yeast and allow 7-10 days for fermentation to complete.

When you are ready to bottle, dissolve 5 oz priming sugar in warm water and add to the bottling bucket. Rack the beer into bottling bucket and stir gently. Bottle and cap your beer and allow to sit in a cool, dark place to bottle condition.

Enjoy the beer!
