0.5 lbs Victory Malt
0.5 lbs Rye Malt
0.5 lbs Cherry Wood Smoked Malt
0.5 lbs Chocolate Malt
1 oz Nugget
1 tsp Irish Moss (Optional-Not included)
1 oz Northern Brewer
1 Packet of US-05 Yeast

5 oz Priming Sugar (Optional)

Steep grains at 150 Degrees F for 25-30 minutes in water. When finished, remove bag of steeping grains and rinse with more water to flush out all the flavors.

Add malt extracts and bring your wort to a boil. Once your wort is at a boil, add your nugget hops and start your timer for 60 minutes. With 15 minutes left, add the Irish moss (optional). Once the 60-minute boil is done, add Northern Brewer and remove from heat and cool to 67-70 degrees and add your yeast packet.

Hops Schedule:

60 minutes - 1oz Nugget

15 minutes – 1 tsp Irish Moss (optional)

Flameout/Whirlpool - 1oz Northern Brewer

60-minute boil

Keg at 12 psi or you can also bottle with around 5 ounces of priming sugar.
