Traditional Alt yeast from Dusseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as WLP029 does.

Attenuation: 65-72%

Flocculation: Medium

Optimum Fermentation Temp: 65-69 Degrees F
