1 oz mosaic----------------------------------------------------------------------------30 minute
1 oz mosaic----------------------------------------------------------------------------15 minute
2 oz Amarillo --------------------------------------------------------------------------flameout
1 can Old Orchard Pineapple frozen juice concentrate--------------------------flameout (not included)
2 cans Old Orchard Pineapple frozen juice concentrate-------------------------1 week into fermentation (not included)

Yeast ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------US-05 or S-04

MISC------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Natural Coconut Flavoring

Directions
1)Mash at 150F
2) Follow above Hop/adjunct schedule
3)At flame out-- whirlpool wort for about 1 minute (I use a red devil paint stirrer)
4)Allow wort to stand for 20 minutes with cover on. (Builds a good whirlpool cone)
5)Cool wort to 70F (I use a plate chiller) and transfer to fermenter.
6)Aerate wort-----(I use a sanitized red devil paint stirrer and run near the surface to whip in a good froth)
7)Add dry yeast (US-05 or S-04)  *for 10 gallon batches I use 1 packet of each.
8) Ferment in a cool location (64F-68F)
9)Following 1 week of fermentation add 2 cans of Old Orchard Pineapple frozen juice concentrate**.
**(Sanitize the outside of the cans before opening)
**When calculating ABV there are 150g of sugar in each can of juice concentrate.
10) When fermentation is complete keg beer.
