2 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L
8.0 oz - Carapils
8.0 oz - Oats, Flaked
1.0 oz - Hallertauer (Boil 60 min)
0.25 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min)
0.50 oz - Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5 min)
0.50 oz - Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5 min)
0.25 oz - Coriander Seed (Boil 5 min)
1 pkgs - SafAle English Ale #S-04
5 oz Priming Sugar
1 hop bag
Combine grains in mash tun (add rice hulls to prevent stuck runoff if included). Heat mash to 158 F (heat water to 168 to get mash at 158). Mash for 90 minutes. Drain into brewpot. Sparge at 180 F
Boil: 60 Minutes
