Ingredients:
6 lbs - Pilsner Malt
4 lbs - Caramel Munich 60L
1 lb - Bonlander Munich 10L Malt
0.5 oz - Magnum - Boil: 60 min
0.5 oz - Hallertauer - Boil: 30 min
1 packet - Irish Moss/Yeast Nutrient - Boil: 5 min

Procedure:

Combine grains in mash tun (add rice hulls to prevent stuck runoff if included).

Heat mash to 158 F (heat water to 168 to get mash at 158).

Mash for 90 minutes. Drain into brewpot. Sparge at 180 F
